Report Submission Policy

This Report Submission Policy explains how customers, partners, carriers, and investigators can submit abuse, spoofing, robocall, spam, or traceback reports related to MyProCaller numbers and traffic. Reports are handled by CloudLink Solutions LLC, the provider of MyProCaller.
1. Provider and brand
MyProCaller is a service of CloudLink Solutions LLC. All report intake, investigation, and responses under this policy are performed by CloudLink Solutions LLC.
2. What you can report
- Suspected robocalls, illegal autodialing, or call spoofing involving a MyProCaller number
- Harassment, fraud, phishing, or other abusive voice traffic
- Unsolicited or non-compliant SMS from a MyProCaller number
- Carrier, analytics-engine, or industry traceback requests
- Privacy or data-subject requests (use the Privacy topic on Contact when applicable)
3. How to submit a report
Use the Contact page and select Abuse / Traceback (compliance) so the request is prioritized. You may also email info@cloudlinksolutions.com with the subject line “Abuse / Traceback.”

4. Required information
Incomplete reports slow investigation. Include as much of the following as you have:
- Calling number and called number in E.164 format (for example, +12125550198)
- Approximate date and time window in UTC
- Direction of the traffic (inbound or outbound) and whether it was voice or SMS
- Any industry or carrier case ID, ticket number, or traceback reference
- Short description of the issue and any sample message content (SMS) if relevant
- Your name, organization, and a reply email or phone number
5. What happens after you submit
CloudLink Solutions LLC reviews prioritized abuse and traceback submissions, correlates available call or message records, and may pause outbound traffic or disable numbers while investigating. We respond to legitimate traceback and compliance requests with customer identity and traffic evidence consistent with our Robocall Mitigation Program and applicable law.
